Clearly Opus is creating a completely different command to what you're
using in the shell. Instead of applying SCopy to the selected directory,
it's applying it to every object within the directory.

It certainly looks like Opus is attempting tpo apply the command
recursively. Do you have Recursive Filter enabled in the Settings menu?
